This year's celebration will take place at Vie by Cescaphe in Philadelphia, PA on Thursday, October 7 from 5:00 to 8:30 p.m. Celebrate PDE’s 25th Anniversary with an incredible evening featuring cocktail hour, open bar, dinner, auction, and the famous 90-minute raw oyster bar featuring local Delaware Bay oysters. COVID-19 EVENT SAFETY PROTOCOLSThe health and safety of our staff, sponsors, and supporters is always at the forefront of our minds as we look forward to hosting our 25th Anniversary Celebration on October 7, 2021. Based on guidance from health authorities and government agencies, and in consultation with other nonprofits in our region, the Partnership for the Delaware Estuary will be requiring proof of vaccination or a negative PCR test within 72 hours for all attendees, staff, and volunteers at our Experience the Estuary Celebration on October 7, 2021. For those who are partially vaccinated, a negative PCR test within 72 hours of the event will be required. Per City of Philadelphia regulations, all guests, volunteers, and staff are required to wear a mask when entering and exiting the venue, regardless of vaccination status. This decision was made after watching the dramatic surge of COVID-19 cases as the Delta and Mu variants spread through the United States. By making this announcement now, PDE is looking to provide as much time as possible for our supporters to plan and/or schedule vaccination or testing appointments prior to our event on October 7, 2021. If you are unable to be vaccinated for a medical or religious exception, you will need to provide a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken no more than 72 hours prior to October 7, 2021.
