Pairing Five Artisan Cheeses with Five Monnik Beers at Monnik Beer Co. Join us for an awesome pairing night at Monnik Beer Co. in their upstairs space. We'll be pairing five artisan cheeses and accompaniments with five Monnik Beers. Tickets are $40. Louisville's first family run, cut to order, specialty cheese shop inside of Logan Street Market.  Featuring a well curated selection of artisan cheeses, cured meats, and accoutrements with an emphasis on local and regional products.  Also serving cheese plates, gourmet cheese toasties, and daily specials with the star ingredient: CHEESE!
