Join us for a fun night of live music, bbq dinner, dancing, live auctions and more! Hold Your Horses Livestock Emergency Evacuation Response Team is a 501c3 nonprofit team that provides rescues and evacuations for equine and livestock owners during disasters and times of need. Following evacuations, they provide feed and supplies to disaster affected owners to help relieve the burden of choosing to care for their families or their animals. We aim to provide the necessary care at no cost to the owners to ensure the animals can stay in their loving homes. HYH also aides in equine and livestock rescues, such as abuse and neglect cases, rehabilitation cases, and abandonment cases. Most recently, HYH was dispatched by El Dorado Aninal Services to provide animal evacuations for animals left behind the fire line. HYH has been making weekly trips to provide aide, feed, and supplies to fire survivors affected by the Caldor Fire. HYH is a nonprofit emergency evacuation team specializing in livestock evacuation and rehabilitation. We are currently raising funds to help us continue to support the livestock owners affected by the recent California fires. Funds and donations go to funding evacuations, as well as the feed and supplies to support the owners as they rebuild their lives.
