We are looking for an experienced Boat Mechanic to Join Our Team At On-Board Marine Services -- The Blaine Boat Yard Requirements Diesel / Gas experience Helpful Trouble shooting skills a must be able to rebuild engines Supply Your Own Tools Be Responsible -- Show up to work on Time! Performs maintenance and repair functions including but not limited to oil changes, frame maintenance, engine maintenance, and electrical work Be aware of MSDS sheets books and be able to use this information when necessary Work closely with other departments, in order to support and ensure accurate trouble shooting and guest problem resolution Maintains positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc. Be Able to Follow Directions & tasks as assigned by manager Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written Must have a valid US Driver's License Experience preferred with: Hand Tools, Drills, Saws, Sanders/Grinders, Fork Lift Requires occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling in Engine Rooms Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 100 lbs. Hours: M-F / 8-4:30 Pay is DOE
