Need help removing Pink Fiberglass Insulation from Attic

In preparation for new insulation, I am looking for help to remove approximately 400-500sf of older pink fiberglass insulation. Home is a classic NE cape, attic is accessible via ladder and maybe 4-5ft tall. I will provide gloves and tyvek suits as well as compactor bags for the outgoing insulation.
