Rehearsal Space in Charlestown- looking for a band to share with

We have a great rehearsal space in Charlestown split between 3 bands, but one group is moving out at the end of the month and we are looking for a replacement for October and onwards. Your band would have 1 day of the week set aside as your day, and you'd have access on any additional non-claimed days on a first come/first serve basis (there's a group calendar that we use to manage who's in on the open days). Rent is currently split equally between the bands and is super reasonable for the area. We have a shared PA with mics and drum set (although I ask folks to use their own cymbals) and the room is about 375 SF.
