Fun Detail Oriented Sander / Buffer Needed

Our growing company is seeking to hire a Quality Control (Sander/Buffer) to join our team. The quality control personal is responsible for making sure all of the automotive parts leaving facility is in accordance with ReveMoto quality standards. You will be responsible for making sure our customers are receiving the best quality parts without debris, clearcoat runs, or damages. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, able to learn quickly and have great communication skills. You will be able to stand for hours at a time and be able to meet daily goals set by manager. Has a knack to quickly problem solve issues and communicate issues to manager if not able to solve by yourself. Quality Control Responsibilities: Follow process given without deviation unless discussed with management Work efficiently in a fast pace environment Know the different types of automotive parts Look over item(s) for any clearcoat drips, even coverage, debris, or damages. Familiar with using hand sandpaper to achieve desired look Comfortable with using air powered DA to sand defective areas Knowledgeable with different settings and proper usage of dual action buffer Understand different types of compounds and polish on how they should be utilized in the buffing process Know what buffing pad to use with different compounds/polisher to get best usage out of each item Always use of safety gear in department Accountable to upkeep all equipment assigned Order materials that is needed Keep a clean and organized workstation Record and note issues daily on parts worked on Problem solve issues that arises Average a minimum of 12 parts daily Quality Control Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent Basic computer skills (Word, Email, Google docs, etc…) Physically able to stand and bend hours at a time Lift up to 60 pounds Communicates well with others High attention to detail Follow Process to the T Positive and eager to learn attitude Job hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm CDT Pay: Competitive pay starting at $10/hour +, depending on experience If this describes you apply via email with your resume and write on the subject title "Above Standards-QC"
