DescriptionSchaumburg Just Between Friends is one the largest children’s and maternity consignment events in the chicago area and growing! JBF provides a safe marketplace for local, Chicago area moms to buy and sell the best in new and gently used children's items. With 200+ consignors and  3000 shoppers, it is an event that you have to see to believe.VENDOR TABLE: Gives you the opportunity to put your product or service in front of our specific target group of parents, families and expectant mothers. There are a limited number of exhibitor spaces from Wednesday through Saturday. All vendor spaces are located inside our retail space, allowing our vendors direct access to JBF shoppers. Location during the event is based on a first-come, first served basis. Vendors may either bring their own 6' table or rent a table from JBF. Two Presale passes come with this option($30 value) PRICING: $75/day or $250 for all 4 days! Table rental plus a chair (six foot) for an additional $25 SWAG BAG and/or INSERTION OF ADVERTISING: JBF will hand out swag bags to the first 250 shoppers featuring promotional / advertising materials from our vendors. Vendors are encouraged to be creative and include a coupon and/or a small prize (think bubbles, candy, pencil, pen etc) stapled to advertising materials. Or just some awesome flyers! Materials must be 5x7" or smaller and needs to be dropped off at the sale on Tuesday 10/19. PRICING: $75 JBF FACEBOOK PAGE CONTEST: JBF will promote your company/brand and encourage our Facebook AND event followers to visit and like your Facebook page or website. You provide the copy / write-up for your brand and we turn it in to a contest with a prize provided by your company ($25 minimum value) PRICING: $75 BANNER- Bring us a banner up to 6 ft and we will display it in a prominent area by the cashiers where 1000's of shoppers will pass by. Banners must have grommets/holes for hanging. PRICING: $50 Please let us know how you want to participate at the Schaumburg JBF event via your ticket selection. You can select a single day (or multiple single days) or participate during the entire event. JBF Schaumburg also offers direct marketing opportunities to our Facebook  followers! IMPORTANT: After you complete your vendor event payment, via the ticket selections below, please email [email protected] ASAP with the brand or company name & product/service you represent. In the event of duplicates, the vendor who purchased their spot first will get priority and your payment will be refunded. We do NOT accept multiple vendors from the same company, on the same day (ex: 2 different Mary Kay vendors) Your payment constitutes your agreement to the following terms and conditions with Schaumburg Just Between Friends: After you purchase your spot you will receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite immediately. If there is a problem with your registration, I will personally contact you within 2-3 days. Two weeks before the event you will be sent an email about vendor set-up, and any other important information. VENDOR EVENT HOURS OF OPERATION Wednesday, 10/20/21 from 10:00am-9pm (presale)Thursday, 10/21/21 from 10am-7pm (First Public Sale Day)Friday, 10/22/21 from 10am-8pm (50% off presale from 5-8pm)Saturday, 10/23/21 from 10am-3pm (50% off sale)** Vendors may split table duty with other members of their team (same brand, same company) *** While vendors are encouraged to "stay open" during JBF hours of operation, it is not mandatory. TERMS & CONDITIONS: Just Between Friends (JBF) Rights and Responsibilities JBF will provide the vendor with the designated space rental; for the Just Between Friends Schaumburg Event.JBF provides a vendor space area that is large enough for a 6ft table and 2 chairs, provided by the vendor or rented by JBF. Only two vendor representatives are allowed at your booth at any given time.JBF will only allow distribution of marketing materials that are appropriate for this type of sale.JBF will allow you to hand out said marketing materials ONLY at your table. You will not be permitted to leave your materials anywhere else in the event or venue.JBF is providing you with space to promote your business. Soliciting JBF customers on the sales floor is strictly prohibited. Solicitation will result in forfeiture of your vendor space.Vendors will receive 2 presale tickets that allows them to shop from 2:00pm-8:00pm on Wed 10/20/21($30.00 value)The Vendor agrees that all items you wish to purchase at the sale must be purchased prior to returning to your table. Only sold items, with a receipt, can be held at your table. You MAY NOT hold items you intend to purchase at your vendor space/table.JBF reserves the right to provide a diversified group of vendors. In the event of duplicates, the vendor who purchased their spot first will get priority and your payment will be refunded.JBF Reserves the right to turn away any vendor that does not comply with these rules. All Sales final. No refunds.Vendor Rights and Responsibilities The Vendor agrees that no children shall be left unattended at anytime during the event.The Vendor also agrees that no music will be played at their vendor table without permission from JBF. Additionally, food or beverage samples are not allowed on the sales floor.The Vendor has the right to sell any family oriented merchandise associated with his/her company ONLY. The Vendor is responsible for all taxes that may be applicable and will abide by all Tax laws.The Vendor is responsible for taking payment for all their own sales. This includes having needed cash for change and/or credit card merchant accounts & equipment. The vendor understands that Schaumburg Just Between Friends, SALLC LLC and Woodfield Village Green, and its participants are not responsible for any missing items and Vendor will hold Just Between Friends, Woodfield Village Green and its participants harmless for any materialEvent Vendors are asked to provide a Certificate of General Liability Insurance with Just Between Friends Schaumburg , listed as the insured for the conduct of the sanctioned event. However, if this is not provided after purchase of the vendor booth through Eventbrite, vendors will automatically waive proof of General Liability insurance, which in doing so waives Just Between Friends Schaumburg and its participants of any damages injuries and or death incurred due to Event Vendor and agree to hold its participants harmless.More information about our event can be found on our website at: www.schaumburg.jbfsale.com Sally is the event coordinator for Just Between Friends Schaumburg sale event.
