Join us at the CBMC Business Connection Lunch - Speaker: Dr. James Kirchner “Eyes and the World: God’s amazing creation!”Guest Speaker: Dr. James KirchnerDr. James Kirchner is uniquely experienced and qualified to share about the miracle of creation, highly evidenced by the amazing detail of the human eye and visual system. Dr. Kirchner is an Optometrist, visionary and entrepreneur and has taken an active role in business ventures both inside and outside of the realm of Optometry. Jim was the founder and Chief Strategic Officer of EyeCare Specialties, a multi-doctor optometric practice in Lincoln and Beatrice, and practiced Optometry for over three decades. He has served as President and CEO of numerous start-up companies beyond his optometric practice. Later in his career, he was President and CEO of SynergEyes, Inc., a global manufacturer and distributor of high technology contact lenses. He is a co-founder and the current president of Global Assist, a Lincoln-based ministry organization. Global Assist has assisted indigenous church planting ministries and their missionaries since 2003. Dr. Kirchner is dedicated to the local community and has served the city of Lincoln in many arenas. He has enjoyed serving as a board member of several organizations in the Lincoln arts community.
