St. Ambrose Dance Marathon Fundraiser
Roll out your mats and join our amazing Yogi, Kate for a 60 minute restorative outdoor yoga class.
This yoga class is geared toward all levels and is meant to promote mindfulness and flexibility.
Iron & Grain Cold Brew &/or Drip Coffee will be included. Meet some new people. Enjoy a new experience and welcome back to something representing ‘normal’.
What should I bring? each participant is asked to bring their own yoga mat. During COVID there are no mats available to borrow! We highly recommend a water bottle should you need to hydrate during class.
What should I wear? Whatever you’re most comfortable in, and shoes will come off.
Location: St. Ambrose University. Class will be in the grassy area in front of the Wellness and Recreation Center .
