She is a skillful songwriter and soulful singer with an impeccable ability to win over any audience with her captivating stage presence and gift of song. Her passion and persistence proves evident in every move she makes regarding her music career. Without backing from a music label or management company, Renee released her last single, “Audience of One”, and recorded her latest LIVE project, “The Intimate Space,” which features an array of Praise & Worship songs written from her masterful pen. From that LIVE project the Love Found Me Project was birthed APRIL 2018. She travels the country sharing love with teens, families, women, men through her book, revivals, workshops, stage plays. The goal is for people to receive what they need in whatever place they are in. A musical professional with a longstanding tenure, Bryant, has experienced a fair share of notable moments. She’s been fortunate to occupy stages with the likes of Smokie Norful, Vanessa Bell Armstrong, Rance Allen, and more. Additionally, her tasteful vocals have complimented lead vocalists who are staples in the Gospel community like Michelle Williams, Earnest Pugh, Amber Bullock, Darius Paulk, etc. A true giver and server at her core, Renee has devoted countless years into operating as Director of Worship & Arts and other capacities within the local assembly, and continues to do so. Renee has been blessed to take part in the Stellar Awards, BET’s Celebration of Gospel, and other national and local music platforms. While she is honored to have had these opportunities, what’s most important to her is that she extends to others what God has entrusted to her. Her desire is to emulate the love and faithfulness of God in every melody she sings and everything she does on and off the stage. The African American Museum of Iowa is a statewide museum dedicated to preserving, exhibiting, and teaching Iowa’s African American history. As Iowa’s leading educational resource on the topic, we educate more than 30,000 people each year through museum tours, traveling exhibits, research services, youth and adult education programs, and community and fundraising events.
