We are currently hiring a FULL-TIME Leasing Consultant! We prefer applicants with prior leasing experience, but applicants with STRONG: Sales and Customer Service experience are encouraged to apply. Weekend availability is required. Compensation commensurate with experience + monthly BONUSES!!! ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES - Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Warmly greet prospective residents, qualify, determine needs and preferences, professionally present community and specific apartments and answer incoming telephone calls and handle accordingly.
