Found Red and White Dog

Found Thursday at the Arbor Walk. Looks like a terrier mix. No tags, no collar, or a microchip. He appears to be in good condition. Must be able to identify unique markings to claim this dog. This dog is not up for adoption. The hope is to reunite him with his family. Please refrain from offering advise or opinions. I am involved in rescue and know the drill. The only person/people I would like to hear from is his family. Thank you.
