"Connecting Expectant And New Mothers To Needed Resources" Urban Community Connections annual Drive By Community Baby Shower supports low-income expectant and new mothers in the preparation of their new bundle of joy by connecting them to vital resources, while also providing safe infant care practices. Expectant and new mothers with infants 7 months and younger are encouraged to connect with Urban Community Connections and its amazing community partners Saturday October 9th. This drive thru endeavor is open to the public but pre-registration is required! ALL REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS AS PROOF OF INFANT/ EXPACTANT CHILD: a: Child's birth Certificate b: Child's immunization form or other medical records with name and birthday visible c: Ultrasound prints d: Infant (present in vehicle during drive-thru event) PLEASE NOTE THAT FAILURE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF INFANT/EXPECTANT CHILD DURING EVENT CHECK-IN MAY RESULT IN TERMINATION OF EVENT TICKET.
