This forum provides an opportunity to discuss challenges and shape resilience and organizational sustainability through The Talent Drought This is a collaborative event between the STU Institute for Ethical Leadership and Right Management to discuss and address the challenges related to The Great Resignation, talent identification, recruitment, cultivation, and retention. Panelists include the HR directors for AutoNation, Marlins, Dolphins, Baptist Health, and other corporate thought leaders in the South Florida community. The form will reflect a panel discussion and keynote TED style address.
