WILMINGTON, MA — Wilmington Public Schools is hosting a pair of coronavirus vaccine clinics beginning Tuesday, the district said.
Students 12 and older, family, staff and the broader community will be able to get the two-dose Pfizer vaccine regimen at Wilmington Middle School.
Pre-registration is available here, through the district's partner Cataldo Ambulance Service.
The first does clinic will be Tuesday, Sept. 21 from 5 to 8 p.m. The second clinic will be Oct. 12 from 5 to 8 p.m.
Both clinics will be at Wilmington Middle School, 25 Carter Lane.
"Registration is expected to fill up quickly," the district said.
Parental consent is required for minors. The consent form is available here in multiple languages or is included in the preregistration.
"For high school students, please consider listing your child's cell phone number on theregistration form, so they may receive text message reminders about their appointment," the district said. "High School students may attend the clinic without a parent/guardian, as long as their registration form is completed in advance."
Pre-registration is appreciated but not required; the clinic will accept walk-ins.
