Learn how to make Garden Tea + Tour of the Organic-Permaculture "Hidden" Garden Seed-to-Table Garden Brunch/Dinner + Tea workshop + Tour in our Urban-Organic-Permaculture Garden (with our free range hens:) Great for: Couples/Groups/Team Building/Home School Trip What your time in the Garden looks like: 1. Meet the hens! 2. A tour of the permaculture space that includes fruit trees, rare plants (You will get to sample katuk, african blue basil, etc.), edible flowers, and veggies (seasonal). 3. A demonstration of how to propagate organic Longevity Spinach + African Blue Basil. You get to take your cuttings home with you to add to, or start your own garden. 4. Tea workshop - learn how to harvest and prepare lemongrass for tea. Garden tea is always available during your time in the Garden. Tea varies depending on what the Garden is growing. 5. Finally, enjoy your meal in our urban garden WONDERLAND...Trellis's of flowers grown from seed, paths that lead to fruit trees, and many nooks to sit and enjoy your tea and meal. The hens will be around hoping you'll drop some bread. Brunch is prepared using eggs from our hens, and greens from our organic garden. We have multiple areas to sit and take it all in...A picnic table beneath the branches of a starfruit, pomegranate, peach and banana trees, and a large gathering table in the shade of passion fruit vines and orange trees.
