Job Description: We are looking for a janitor, or custodian, to take care of our markets and carry out daily cleaning duties. The goal is to keep our grocery stores in clean and orderly condition. Responsibilities: - Follow daily cleaning schedule and remain available for cleaning requests as they arise - Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects - Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs - Stock and maintain bathrooms and work stations - Follow all health and safety regulations - Light landscaping tasks Skills: - Proven working experience as a janitor - Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery - Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies - Integrity and ability to work independently About Andy's Local Market: Andy’s Local Market has been serving the San Rafael community in Marin County, California since 2007.
