Landscape contractor in Oakland seeks employee for landscape installation and maintenance. Must have a truck or Van. Installation skills will include : Site Prep, Grading, Simple Construction, Planting, Sod Installation, and Irrigation trenching. Maintenance skills will include routine clean up, pruning, seasonal fertilizing, and lawn care.Although I am listing this as full time, I will consider someone available 3 or 4 days a week. must be able to both work with others and work independently. Pay : Starting pay will be $24 per hour to be increased to $25 per hour if it works out after a month.
