CEWS maintains industry certifications and safety standards (R2:2013, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and OHSAS 18001:200) to ensure all electronics are managed properly and in an environmentally conscious manner. We are looking to for a Warehouse Supervisor to take our Asset Recovery business line to the next level. The warehouse supervisor’s primary function is to ensure operational excellence, with an emphasis on Health & Safety compliance with all Federal, State, local, and company standards. Roles and Responsibilities: Enforce all safety guidelines and protocols Conduct ongoing Health & Safety observations and training. Conduct workplace safety inspections. Work with upper management to plan goals and workflow Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and clients Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency Organize warehouse operations and inventory Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements Train and coach staff in lean production concepts and tools. Perform incident investigations and reporting. Partner with various cross-functional departments, including Tech, HR, Finance and Logistics. Support site dashboards and daily meetings. Requirements: Knowledge of CA EHS, OSHA regulations, and standards Proven working experience as a supervisor Record of successful distribution and logistics supervisory role Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff Proficient in industry software standards Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects 2 years’ experience in warehouse production environment required 2 years supervising experience required Be able to lift 50 lbs. regularly Sit down forklift experience required 4 years in warehousing experience 2 years supervisor experience Job Type: Full-time Pay Range 50-65K Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plan
