Pay Range: $26- 36 Call- 650- 316-9107 or email [email protected] Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team and maintain our portfolio of commercial office and buildings all around the Bay Area. Responsibilities for Maintenance Technician: · Inspect properties to identify necessary repairs. Whenever possible, complete the repair or schedule a vendor to complete repairs. Follow up as needed · Respond quickly to tenant maintenance requests and follow up as needed · Supervise vendors and provide access as needed · Facilitate fire system inspections and provide access as needed · Change light bulbs, interior and exterior, and maintain a lighting inventory · Respond to after hours emergency maintenance issues and contract vendors as needed Qualifications for Maintenance Technician: · Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC equipment · Working experience as a maintenance technician · Valid driver's license and clean driving record, preferred · Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds · Strong understanding of general maintenance processes and methods · Working knowledge of tools, common appliance, and devices · Written and verbal communication skills · Must be well-organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks · Takes initiative with and is proactive in approach to accomplishing tasks · Ability to work with minimal supervision
