Jahzarha Morrison was last seen in Mount Vernon on September 16, according to a missing person advisory issued by the Mount Vernon Police Department on Friday afternoon. Police are circulating a recent photograph of Morrison. She is described as 4'9'' and weighing approximately 95 pounds. The teen was last seen wearing a white shirt and blue jeans.
