WEST HAVEN, CT — A West Haven resident is $50,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On September 16, Chantelle Walls, of West Haven purchased a Powerball ticket from the Park Liquor Store in West Haven and won $50,000.
