Property Management Company seeking a full time Maintenance Supervisor at an apartment community located in Lacey, WA. Seeking an experienced Maintenance professional to care for a beautiful 58 unit property in Lacey, WA. During slow periods at the property, this position would assist other nearby sister communities with maintenance needs. Live on-site after 90 days preferred. Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities: • Supervise maintenance staff • Maintain property and units in good condition • Maintain a preventative maintenance program • Perform physical labor and custodial duties as needed • Troubleshoot and make repairs of items in the following areas: Appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall. Requirements: • Professional appearance • Professional verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Basic computer/technology skills • Valid Driver’s License • Reliable transportation Maintenance Requirements: • O7B Trainee License (Provided by company) • Lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 lbs.
