Here are the top stories in Indianapolis today: The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department arrested an alleged serial rapist on Friday morning. 37-year-old Darrell Goodlow of Indianapolis has been accused of at least eight home invasion sexual assaults dating back to 2020. IMPD said the FBI and Lawrence Police Department assisted in the arrest. (Fox 59)Victims of non-fatal shootings in Indianapolis have been reluctant to provide law enforcement with information about who shot them. Marion County Prosecutor Ryan Mears says while 50 percent of non-fatal shooting victims previously would give information, that number has dropped down to about 30 percent. Mears said it's likely due to mistrust between the community and law enforcement which has intensified over the past year.
