Found - Older Bicycle - Single Speed

Found on our property two days ago ( Sept 16 ). In good shape, considering age. No apparent recent damage. Probably stolen and then someone had a conscience. Doesn't appear to need any rehab. Single Speed. If you can describe it to me sufficiently to me via text or phone, it's yours. There are particular characteristics that make this a bit uncommon.
