Need Handyman Install Floor Scab Supports

We have one bedroom that has 2 bad joists and a weak floor as a result. Rather than replace we want to do scab supports in about 3 places (simply cinder blocks and 4x4's) as at this time I don't want to take on bigger projects because we have someone living there. We just need to stabilize the floor so it can be used in that room. The rest of the house is just fine. At a later date, we will replace joists in that room. Looking for someone professional, affordable, and available to: A. Install the cinder block and 4x4 supports B. Remove some trash from under the house C.
