Manage Unload Floor Loads and Palletize Coffee Beans for storage in the warehouse.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1- Give oral and written orders and enforce the Standards and Procedures for each.
2- Know and understand how to place and secure product on the pallet as required for movement and safe stacking in the warehouse.
3- Know, understand and annotate on Microsoft Excel the accurate information required for billing and payroll purposes
4-Observes and enforces all safety policies and wears the required Personal Protective Equipment at all time.
5- Enforces a clean and orderly work environment.
6- Be able to hire and terminate employees as necessary.
7- Works well with others.
8- Is self-motivated and able to multi-task.
Weekend work and Overtime mandatory if needed.
Weekly pay on Fridays. Direct deposit required.
