LA GRANGE, IL — La Grange released its latest police blotter Thursday. Here is information from the reports: Eduardo Padilla, 37, of La Grange, was arrested about 11:30 p.m. Sept. 9 on charges of DUI, improper lane usage and possession of a concealed gun while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. According to police, officers were called near La Grange Road and Goodman Avenue about a suspected intoxicated driver. They said they saw Padilla strike the curb twice before he was stopped. A men's Trek Hybrid mountain bicycle was stolen between 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. Sept. 10 near Ogden Avenue and La Grange Road. The bike was locked, and the lock was cut. The bike was estimated to be worth $740. A locked Priority bicycle was stolen from a bike rack between Sept. 11 and Sept. 13 at the train station at 701 W. Burlington Ave. Police report information is provided by local police departments. Charges are not evidence of guilt. They are a record of police actions on a given day, and persons charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
