The Livermore Public Library will host an Astronomy Night on Thursday, October14, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at the Civic Center Library, 1188 South Livermore Avenue,Livermore, CA 94550. Attendees will have the chance to learn about astronomy with theTri-Valley Stargazers and explore the night sky with telescopes. This is a free outdoorevent for all ages.
Telescopes to Use at Home
Orion StarBlast 4.5 Astro Reflector Telescopes are available for free check outfrom the Livermore Public Library. Telescopes may be reserved online or at the Library information desk. The telescopes are part of the Library of Things which offers non-traditional items for checkout, including musical instruments, sewing machines, games, and robots.
