DARIEN, IL — Darien police released their latest blotter Thursday. Here is information from the reports: DUIs Melissa Moreno, 35, of Lyons, was arrested shortly before 2 a.m. Sunday in the 8200 block of Cass Avenue on charges of DUI, improper lane usage and disobeying a traffic control signal. Police said she was seen driving erratically. She was released and given a date to appear in court. Daneisha Felton-Edgerton, 27, of Alsip, was arrested about 9:30 p.m. Sunday in the 7700 block of Lemont Road on charges of DUI, illegal transportation of alcohol and speeding. She was released and given a date to appear in court. Agustin Martinez Diaz, 44, of Aurora, was arrested about 2 a.m. Sunday on Cass Avenue on charges of aggravated DUI, driving with a suspended license and improper lane usage. He was seen almost striking the curb twice. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail. Domestic battery Daniel Chambers, 20, was arrested about 9:30 a.m. Sept. 8 at WoodSpring Suites, 951 N. Frontage Road, on two counts of domestic battery. His residence was listed as WoodSpring Suites. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail. Theft Items were stolen from a storage unit between Aug. 6 and Sept. 6 at Public Storage, 1001 N. Frontage Road. The loss was estimated at $3,000.A catalytic converter was stolen from a car between 8 a.m. Aug. 15 and 8 a.m. Aug. 28 in the 700 block of Walnut Drive. The loss was estimated at $3,000. A converter was also stolen overnight Sept. 9 in a parking lot in the 7400 block of Brookdale Drive. The loss was estimated at $1,000. The metals in converters have become a lot more valuable in recent times. Warrants Derrick Dyes, 29, of Woodridge, was arrested about 11:30 p.m. Sept. 6 in the 8800 block of Lemont Road on three warrants charging failure to appear in court and a charge of improper lane usage. He was seen driving on the shoulder. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.Shaun Landers, 23, of Bellwood, was arrested shortly after midnight Sept. 10 near 75th Street and Adams Street on a DuPage County warrant charging failure to appear in court and on a charge of unlawful possession of marijuana by a driver. He was released and given a date to appear in court. Driving violations Keaira Bradley, 29, of Matteson, was cited about 5 a.m. Sept. 10 near Lemont Road and 83rd Street on charges of driving with a suspended license and speeding. She was clocked going 65 mph in a 40 mph zone. She was released and given a date to appear in court. Joshua Taylor, 25, of Darien, was cited about 12:30 a.m. Saturday on Cass Avenue on charges of no valid driver's license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and no headlights. He was released and given a date to appear in court. Police report information is provided by local police departments. Charges are not evidence of guilt.
