I'm looking for contractors, subcontractors, workers, and handyman for upcoming jobs in Baltimore, MD. The current project is on Nicholas Ave Balt MD 21206, that is in the Belair neighborhood. This is a 2 bedroom row house. Handyman with all of your tools – paint, hang doors, tile, drywall, (doing roofing is a plus), etc. Carpenters with all of their tools (who can hang an exterior door, and frame out a whole house, etc.) Electricians with all tools, who can do a residential heavy up and a wire a whole house. Plumbers with all of your tools HVAC person with all of your tools I am paying an hourly rate. State your hourly rate for you and an hourly rate for you and your helper(s), in the first contact. Some jobs are a day, others a week, or longer. We work in 5 hour and 8 hour shifts. Working 40 hours a week is encouraged. Mostly Mon to Fri now, but some weekends are coming.
