Helping my landlord find a new tenant for two bedroom basement. He just redid it. Asking $850 monthly rent. Utilities and wifi included. Located in Glen Burnie MD by North Glen Park. Security deposit is last months rent so 1700 due at move in. Background check required which is a $50 nonrefundable fee he does before coming. Pets under 35lbs allowed with a pet fee. Couples and families are allowed too. Really nice and spacious up there. I live up top so if you have any questions lmk. Landlords number is the one linked to this post. Pets are allowed. Parking is pretty simple, only one tenant that lives there (me) have a vehicle and the drive way can hold up to 6 so that’s not a issue. Your apartment is completely private and yours. There’s no door in your apartment that leads to the rest of the house like come do, only a door to go outside. Dryer and washer and dishwasher is there. We can send you the videos if you’d like a walkthrough of the home. If you wanted to continue with the background check, it’s a $50 Nonrefundable fee but it comes out in your deposit. It takes three days to come back and then you can start moving things in or pay the deposit for me to hold it for when you’re ready. Pets are welcome, and kids, just ensure if something gets messed up, you let me know so I can fix it.
