About Us: - We are a guitarist/singer and drummer/synth player who are developing a relatively new project. We have been playing for a few months together and have several songs we are working through. Our bassist is moving out of state, so we are currently seeking some new individuals to join and bring fresh ideas. We are both extremely committed to turning this project into something great and have a common drive to do so. We have a practice space/recording studio at the drummers house, but will eventually seek a practice situation in central LA. Influences: - Tonal Influences/General Inspiration: Alvvays, Arcade Fire, Elliott Smith, Hop Along, Laura Stevenson, The Sundays, Weakerthans, Radiohead, Deerhunter, Beach Fossils, DIIV, Women What we play: - Our current songs are very high energy and stay in the pocket. They are very much indie-rock songs. We maintain a consistent pacing to the music, but are both generally open to variations in song structure and vibe. We maintain a collaborative nature and aren't opposed to new ideas.
