Hi: My name is Alex, but this story IS not about me. Over the past nineteen years we had a huge share of problems in this community (Lennox, California) but the Biggest is Homelessness, and no one seems to care... I cannot get into a rant!! So, rather than complain and take no action, I am asking others to just be kind to each other and we can solve this problem. I met Jody about a month ago, he is very interesting person. He is well spoken with a unique Southern accent, a transplant from somewhere? I believe. I have fed him for a while but he really doesn't need much., Jody wants a JOB! But he needs the following: Attached is a copy of his own hand written note. Also attached are photos of who he is. He doesn't have a telephone. I don't want anything to benefit me in anyway, I just asked that if anyone wants to help him please look for a Caucasian male around his mid-thirties and has deep baby blue eyes. He hangs around my shop or near the corner of Hawthorne Blvd. and Lennox Blvd. He does not ask for much, he just wants some clean clothing and just some basics needs like to shampoo. He was discriminated today when he asked for a job to clean rooms and the manager told him that he was too dirty to clean. Again, please help this fellow human. He is decent and he really wants a Job but he has no physical address. He has asked the local charity for help but denied because its too many people in the same situation and not enough resources.
