i found this cutie earlier today! he is currently at the animal protection society of durham & I have the animal control report number to give to the owner so they can identify him. he's on a 5-day hold and then they will do temperament testing for adoption (normal practice i think). he was shy and nervous but friendly - i was able to get him back to my house to give him some water and food after finding him right next to La Iglesia El Buen Pastor at the intersection of Liberty St and North Briggs Ave in Durham. we bonded in our few hours together - i am invested & really just want to see him get back home safe!
