Maintenance help wanted for a property management company. Work includes but is not limited to work orders, light electrical, drywall, trash out, light plumbing, general maintenance, painting and turning vacant units. Projects include reattaching gutters, fence repairs, HWT, etc. We manage 150 residential units and growing. Pay starts at 18-20/hr and is based on experience + mileage reimbursement. Way pay for travel time between jobs. Pay increase after 90 days and bonuses based on quality production and more involved jobs. All materials needed for jobs will be provided. You must have your own tools, valid drivers license, transportation, and references.
