Description
If you put out an ad and someone answers it, even if that someone is not what you might be looking for, at least have the decency to reply back. You don't have to be a douche bag and not answer them back. If you don't answer them back that tells me a lot about the quality you and/or your band brings to the table and that's not very high caliber at all. In other words, you probably suck as a musician.
