Rental property Management Co seeking skilled candidates to maintain and upkeep residential apartment buildings. Must have experience in apartment/home repairs and general property maintenance including but not limited to basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, plaster/drywall and other related areas of property maintenance. People skills/customer service skills are always a plus and will be needed. Our company has approximately 150 units that are very well maintained and we want to keep it that way. We are located in Shadyside, Oakland, Friendship and Squirrel Hill. Hours are generally 8-4:00 (we are flexible on the start and finish hours) excluding emergencies- Some Weekends may be required. Must have valid drivers license and be drug free. Benefits and salary based on Experience: starting at 18.00. We are not hiring employees, we are hiring independent contractors (sub-contractor) who have or are willing to secure their own liability insurance.
