Replace garage soffit where melted by grill and siding on houseand garage. materials and labor. 3.) Repair or replace toilet, broken bathroom door and door jam 4.) Repair or replace bathtub faucet. materials and labor. 5.)Replace kitchen light fixture. material and labor. 6.) Replace broken ceiling fan in back bedroom material and labor. 7.) Remove door leading upstairs 8.)New smoke detectors as needed to meet code. materials and labor. 9.) Bedroom door hardware where needed to operate properly materials and labor. 10.)Patch holes through out house including major work in back bedroom wall and ceiling. materials and labor. 11.) Paint entire house, trim, ceilings, and walls excluding trim and doors that are currently wood in color versus already painted. materials and labor. 12.) Misc to include things like garbage bags, light bulbs, batteries, rehang closet doors etc. Provide estimate for each
