needing space to work out of / art studio -office doable

Desperately in need of space to work out of that's an art studio makeshift office.. I have an art design \ business that's passed the planning stages and is starting off very well. A space the size of a two-car garage would be ideal with access to water. preferably not something i Ashtabula City.. it's a dump.. Anywhere else is fine including the rural areas. Currently I have a working budget of up to $350 a month acess to watter is needed any other amenities can be negotiated.. open and flexible with ideas and planning is great.. Very good people person and highy intellegent. Also, kindness, respect and Common Sense goes a long way with me....
