We received a full-bred (according to original owner) Border Collie a few months ago and he is not working out with our current animals. He is extremely submissive and our Terrier/Chi is being a terror to him. We have dog doors so unsure about house training. He is intact (haven't been able to get an appt with the vet). Extremely low-key and just likes to be around people. He is good with our small terrier and cats and is not at all aggressive. Looking for a permanent loving home where he can gain some confidence.
