Description
We rent a commercial building in DTLA. There are very tall (~35-40ft) ceilings, with three ceiling fans. One of the ceiling fans is malfunctioning (making a loud sound). It may have a loose wire or component. Looking for someone to repair it. You need to provide the tall ladder or cherry picker necessary for access.
