We are looking for ‘Healthy’ Volunteers to beta test our system.
You should be 22 to 45 years old
You should be suffering from lifestyle related sleep problems. You have trouble sleeping because of your work or relationships. You should not have sleep problems because of a diagnosed disorder that interferes with your sleep.
You will need a PC or Laptop with internet access.
You track or are willing to track your diet
You track or are willing to track your activity.
You can change and are willing to make changes to your diet and activity levels.
