POSITIONS AVAILABLE: General Lawn Mowing Fertilizing Technician - will train Light Landscaping Crew Leaders needed Mow teams consist of two people that are responsible for their own route. Landscape Maintenance Crews take responsibility for pruning, mulch, detailing client properties, landscape installations. The best of our technicians advance to crew leaders and beyond. Initial compensation varies with skill, experience and technical knowledge. BENEFITS INCLUDE: Up to two weeks paid time off 30 hours a week guaranteed per week for winter work Health Insurance Christmas Bonuses Allowance for phone IRA w/3% match Continuing Paid Education and Training Working outdoors REQUIREMENTS: MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER LICENSE & LOVE WORKING OUTDOORS! Able to work full time through mid November, Snow Plowing during Winter. NOT REQUIRED BUT A PLUS: Experience working at a commercial company using commercial mowing equipment. Snow removal experience a plus. General turf knowledge. Problem solving skills, leadership and proven time management. PREFERRED SKILLS: Previous lawn care and/or agricultural background helpful.
