Part Time Janitorial position for Swing/Evening Shift, Monday through Friday, available for someone with a keen eye for detail and great work ethic! This position has a somewhat flexible starting time in the afternoon and would go until roughly 7 or 8 p.m. With the "flexible" starting time M-F, this position could EASILY work around most any College Class schedules! Duties include (but not limited to): Sweeping, Mopping, Vacuuming, Dusting, Sanitizing and Cleaning of all Bathrooms/Kitchen/Break Rooms, Cleaning windows/mirrors, Emptying trash, Re Socking of Paper Supplies/Hand Soap/Sanitizers, Spot Cleaning walls/etc. Other tasks upon Request. Hours per week: Basic position would be approximately 20 to 25 hours weekly. If more hours are desired, we can add hours to this position as/when they become available. Must's: * Be able to: bend, twist, reach, lift up to 40 lbs. with ease, work at a "quick pace" (without losing quality of work) for up to 3/4 hours straight * Be able to do Great Work - without constant Supervision! * Be able to pass Background Check * Have own reliable transportation * Speak/Read/Write fluent English * Submit a Resume with: - Past Work History including: Dates, Wages, Name of Company and Supervisor- with their contact information ~*~ Prior, and Successful, Cleaning Experience a PLUS!! ~*~ Please Email Resume with all requested information to the email on this posting!
