We have a caretaker position available in our 40 unit apartment complex in LeSueur, MN. Responsibilities include: Walking property, being the eyes and ears of the property and keeping property looking amazing Advertising available apartments Showing available apartments to prospective tenants Completing paper work for new tenants, monitor tenant files Reporting Maintenance issues to the main office Delegating Maintenance items Communicating daily with main office Collecting and turning in rent payments Handing out late notices Monitor and respond to tenant complaints Please submit resume if interested. Experience as a caretaker is helpful but not required. Spanish and English speaking would be helpful
