Prestige Valet Trash Services, LLC "No longer your least favorite chore" We are a trash removal servicer for apartments, residential communities and commercial properties. Everyone's least favorite task is taking out the trash and it can cost the properties financially as well. When their residents do not empty their trash regularly it can cause bugs and rodents. Sometimes bags break or leak on the way to the dumpster and they have to replace carpets or power wash nasty walkways. We resolve all of these issues for both residents and property owners. We are in need of 1 or 2 technicians for a property on the Baltimore Harbor. The job is our simplest only taking 1 or 2 hours per day so is perfect for a student, retiree, or an individual that would make this a side gig for extra income. Ideal candidate: -task is very simple, someone that lives in the area would be best so that long commute isn't necessary -available in the morning between 6am - 8am AND/ OR -available in the evening between 7pm - 9pm -very dependable, able to work rain or shine -no heavy lifting is involved -able to begin in next few weeks -can work around your schedule.
