4.5 year old chihuahua mix, ptsd service dog. He needs a loving, permanent home where he will be valued and cared for for the rest of his life. His name is Scottie. I love him more than anything but I can't take care of him anymore. He gets along with children, cats, other (calm) dogs. He needs lots of attention and love.
