The Baltimore County Revenue Authority has the following position available: PT Maintenance Worker Part-Time, Sunday - Thursday 6:30 AM - 11:30 AM The Part-Time Maintenance Worker performs janitorial services in various parking facilities, including lots and multi-level parking garages, corporate offices and other public facilities. Essential Functions / Responsibilities: •Performs janitorial tasks such as trash removal, sweeping of parking garages, and maintaining the cleanliness of all locations •Performs maintenance of landscapes including cutting the grass, snow removal, etc •Performs other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: •High School Diploma or equivalent •A valid driver's license and a clean driving record •Ability to work independently with limited supervision •The ability to respond courteously and professionally at all times •The ability to regularly stand, walk, sit, drive, bend, kneel, reach and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs •Be able to work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions Benefits include free parking, the ability to participate in the Baltimore County pension plan, and golfing privileges.
